Returns can be made in store for free. Please call us to arrange your return.
Refunds are accepted within 14 days of reciept of your order. Once the 14 days have passed we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
We do not refund on Gift Cards.
Sale items can not be returned for refunds or exchanges.
Products must be unworn, undamaged and still have any tags or labels and packaging attached.
All returns and exchanges are first inspected by My Body Suite before any further transaction takes place.
All details are requested for orders and refunds, please include original invoices with returns or exchanges. Refunds and exchanges may not take place without this.
You are responsible for all return shipping charges and you should consider proof of postage and insurance.
Once any items have been inspected we will email you to confirm your package has been returned and arrived with My Body Suite. We will then supply details of our inspection. If the return is approved we will automatically refund your cc with in a few days. If you have requested an exchange we will inform you of our inventory and discuss accordingly.
Times may vary on our processes depending on postage times, where you live, bank holidays and busy times. We will always try to work towards the quickest turn around time possible.
All previous postage fees are non refundable
We check all items prior to postage so you can guarantee all items are free from faults. We also use a fulfilment system with some suppliers and have a guarantee with this suppliers that they use the same system.
All faulty items must be returned within 10 days. Your item will be replaced or you will be provided with a refund only if the item is no longer in stock. We will also determine if the item is faulty prior to refund.
We are not responsible for 3rd party shipping delays on exchanges or returns. Fulfilment orders are also classed as 3rd party.
